Hello, I am Marjorie, I provide Hospitality Mental Health Coaching Support services. I have created my business called TURNOVER and offer new impactful coaching services to all levels hotel employees. My role is to give space for talents to open up and talk freely about their challenges, support mental health and wellbeing for 5 star properties worldwide. I work with independent properties or group of hotels digitally and/or on site adapting the sessions and workshops based on the hotel needs and goals. I have been a coach for more than 7 years now and came to coaching from the hospitality world. I was a marketing & communication executive before being trained and certified as a master coach in Dubai. Thanks to my hospitality career journey and the various situations I faced, I know exactly how it feels and I understand what the needs are. Specific coaching programs are definitely missing and I made it my mission! It motivated me to change mentalities and create a business that can ease internal communication, support employees mental load and make the hospitality world a better place. TURNOVER aims to democratize coaching in the hotel industry, placing mental health and wellbeing at its core, while empowering people to develop their potential, and ultimately thrive – in their lives, and in their jobs.
