Hi! Welcome to my profile :). I am Tjarda, mom to a girl (8 years old) and a boy (5 years old) and happily married to Olaf. As a family we love to sail, explore nature and new countries and we love good food and wine ;). I worked both national as well as international in many different roles and companies. I am a proactive, driven and multi-employable Organizational effectiveness, Culture & Change professional and interim manager, with a strong focus on people and organization. I am convinced that together we can initiate a movement at all levels of society and within organizational cultures, in which the human being as a person with all his unique skills becomes central again and we can once again work from connection and trust.
